Park all Medical records received through faxes in practice EMR system.
Park all Labs and Image results in Practice EMR system
To send all medication refill requests to related Medical Assistants.
Stay in touch with Referral & Prior Authorization team for their documentation needs.
To send office related documents to ADMIN staff on daily basis via email
To retrieve and send the plan of care documents from insurances to related Medical Assistant for Physician’s signature.
To review abnormal labs and Imaging results and notify Physician if immediate action is needed.
Medical Records Management
- To release medical records as per policy to insurance companies for the billing purposes, law firms, patients, hospitals and other physician offices.
- To arrange the medical records for our own patients from other doctor offices (specialists) and hospitals on request and attach in the EMR.
- To Follow up with Doctor Offices on Calls to arrange all pending medical records.
